Willis L. Spivey

Willis Lenard Spivey, 61, of Abbeville, SC, husband of Leslie 'Ray' Schreiber, died Monday, January 22, 2024, at Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood. He was born in Melbourne, FL to Sharon Elizabeth Gibbs Lucas and the late Henry Lewis Spivey.

A 1981 graduate of Melbourne High School in Melbourne, FL, Willis honorably served his country in the United States Air Force.  He was currently employed as a warehouse associate with FedEx in Greenville, SC.   Spending time with family and friends brought him much happiness.

Willis is survived by his husband of 37 years, Ray, of the home, his mother, Sharon, of Palm Bay, FL; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Candee and Leslie R. Schreiber, Sr.; three sisters-in-law, Ashley Schreiber (Ty) and Misty Phillips, all of Abbeville and Bonnie Caldwell (Bo) of Florida; and numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends.

A celebration of Willis’ life will be 2:00PM, Saturday January 27, 2024, at Harris Funeral Home, Abbeville Chapel with Rev. Robby Lybrand officiating.  Burial will be in J.S. Stone Memorial Cemetery, Melbourne, FL.
