Van Hughes

William “Van” Hughes, 71, resident of 112 Calhoun St. passed away Friday June 4, 2021 at his home.

Born I Abbeville, SC he was a son of the late John George Hughes, Sr. and Doris Kirby Hughes.

Van was a self employed paint contractor and owned his own Landscaping Service.
Survivors include: two sisters Tena Prince of Abbeville and Doris Hammond of Anderson, SC; two brothers John G. Hughes, Jr. of California and Fred K. Hughes of Florida; a number of nieces and nephews.

There are no services planned at this date.

Memorials may be made in memory of Van to a charity of one’s choice.
