Ty Sullivan Hull, 27, of Abbeville, died suddenly on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from an automobile accident. He was born in Greenwood, SC to Jim Hull, Jr and Candy Warren Green.
Ty, a 2010 graduate of Lighthouse Christian School, was preparing to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Theology this May from Lighthouse Baptist College. He was formerly employed with Rush Heating and Cooling for many years and presently employed with Palmetto Plumbing. Ty was an active member of Lighthouse Baptist Church where he participated in the church choir, prison ministry and coached the school basketball team. He loved his family, friends and enjoyed spending time with them.
Ty is survived by his parents, his dad, Jim Hull, Jr and his wife Rhonda of Waterloo and his mom, Candy Greene and her husband Michael of Due West; four brothers, Sam W. Hull of Abbeville, Jack Champoux of Due West, Jones Pendergrass and Larkin Pendergrass both of Greenwood; a sister, Cortney Holbrook and her husband Stephen of Iva; two nieces, Kylie and Piper and a nephew, Ethan; paternal grandparents, Jim and Louise Hull, Sr. of Greenwood; maternal grandparents, Bobby and Linda Warren of Campobello and innumerable aunts, uncles, cousins, dedicated friends and church family.
Funeral services, to celebrate the life of Ty, will be 3:30PM Sunday, March 24, 2019 at Lighthouse Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Robbie Burton officiating. Burial will follow in Oakbrook Memorial Park. The family will receive friends following the graveside.
The family is at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Hull, Jr. in Waterloo and Mr. and Mrs. Michael Greene in Due West.
