Shannon "Michelle" Willis

Michelle Willis, 37, of Abbeville, died Saturday, April 11, 2020 at her residence. She was born in Greenwood to Georgette Wideman Bowman and the late William Michael Willis.
Michelle will be remembered as a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by the father of her children, Brandon Newton.
Michelle is survived by her mother, Georgette, and her children, Carl William Newton and Carl Avery Newton, all of the home; two brothers, Leonard Michael Willis of Greenwood and Blake Bowman of Elberton, GA; and three sisters, Tara Greeson (Benji) of Abbeville, Tanna Green and Heather Bowman, both of Elberton, GA.
Due to the COVID-19 circumstances, a private family funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 14, 2020.
