Scott Anthony Lamont, 64, of Lowndesville, husband of Andrea Mitchell, died Sunday, July 25, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Crestview, FL to the late George Stewart Lamont and Nelly Faye Beverly Lamont.
Mr. Lamont enjoyed golfing and fishing. In the fall, it was all about football - “Roll Tide”. He was a member of Lowndesville Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Lamont was preceded in death by a brother, Shannon Lamont.
He is survived by his wife, Andrea, of the home; his children, Anthony Lamont (Kim) of Mooringsport, LA, Stephanie Mattson (Eric) of Benton, LA, Cody Lamont (Chasity) of Enterprise, AL, and Nevada Lamont (Kristen) of Grandbury, TX; his siblings, George G. Lamont, Stephen Lamont, Elisabeth Reed, Melissa Manley, Juliet Riley, and Rocky Minshu; twelve grandchildren, Shannon Lamont, Paulina Lamont, Aleyson Mattson, Christian Mattson, Zander Mattson, McKenzie Mattson, Willow Mattson, Rodney Lamont, Sabrina Lamont, Kayleigh Lamont, Sheyenne Lamont and Valerie Lamont; and two great-grandchildren, Stella Lamb and Arabella Lamb.
