Sara Phillips Hall

Sara Phillips Hall, 73, resident of 332 Nation Rd., Nation Community wife of Charles W. Hall, Sr. died Sunday Aug. 13, 2006 at her home.

Born in Royston, GA , Sandy Cross Community she was a daughter of the late Hubert L. and Retha Jane Partin Phillips.

She was a retired self employed Florist and employee of the Abbeville Shirt Plant for many years. She was also a member of Midway Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband Charles W. Hall, Sr. of the home, 1 son Charles W. Hall, Jr. and his wife Teresa of Abbeville, SC, 3 grandchildren Sandi Hall, Courtney Hall and Will Hall all of Abbeville, SC. 3 brothers Eugene Phillips of Iva, SC, James B. Phillips of Carnersville, GA and Vincent Phillips of Royston, GA.

She was preceded in death by 2 brothers Randy and C.L. Phillips.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday Aug. 15, 2006 at 3:00 PM from Midway Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Cantrell and Mr. Charles W. Hall, Jr. officiating. The burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The body is at The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the home of her son Charles & Teresa Hall, 326 Nation Rd. Abbeville, SC.
