Sandra Kay Carroll, 79, of Abbeville, SC, wife of the late Frederick Lewis Carroll, died Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. She was born in Rockhold, KY to the late Milton Crocket and Minnie Viola Kinser James.
A1961 graduate of Flatwoods High School, Jonesville, VA, Sandra was a homemaker totally devoted to caring for her family. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Jonesville, VA.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Clifford and Harold James and three sisters, Thelma Mills, Verda Cline and Reba Hill.
She is survived by a son, Paul Carroll (Kathy) of Ninety Six, SC; daughter, Vanessa Monette (Greg) of Abbeville, SC; grandchildren, Adam Oaks, Alex Oaks, Noah Oaks (Daisy), Madison Davis, Nicole Monette, Zach Monette, Carla Bryan (Bill) and Kristie Kennedy; and three great-grandchildren.
All services will be private.
