Ronald B. Roehrig, 81, of Savannah Lakes Village, husband of Judith ‘Judy’ Dinger Roehrig, passed Thursday, February 1, 2024, at home in McCormick SC. He was born in Grosse Pointe, MI to the late Harold A. and Loraine Sanner Roehrig.

Ron attended St. Joan of Arc Elementary school in St Clair Shores, MI before graduating from North Central High School in Indianapolis, IN and pursued higher education at Purdue University (Indianapolis campus). He honorably served his country in the United States Army. Ron was a self-employed entrepreneur who dedicated himself to his various business ventures. He and his wife relocated in retirement to the Savannah Lakes Village in McCormick, SC where he spent countless hours perfecting his golf swing on the golf courses surrounding his home. When not golfing, Ron enjoyed time on Lake Thurmond. He also volunteered at Hickory Knob Golf Course in the Pro shop. Ron was of the Catholic faith. 

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Judy, two daughters, Michele Lonoconus of Thompsonville, MI and Lori Reinhardt (Joe) of Warren, MI; brother, Dr. Robert J. Roehrig DDS (Amy) of Bonita Springs, FL. Also, his fur babies, Maggee and Missy.

 A remembrance of Ron by his family will be at the home.
