Rodney L. Henretty

Rodney Lawrence Henretty, 84, of Donalds, SC, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2025, in North Augusta, SC. He was born in Meadville, PA to the late Rodney Alfonzo Henretty and Helen A. Lasher Henretty.

As a retired contractor in Erie, PA, Rodney’s craftsmanship earned him the respect of his peers and the admiration of clients who valued his commitment to quality and service. His contributions extended beyond bricks and mortar; they embodied a legacy of integrity and dedication. Rodney was of the Catholic faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Wesley ‘Wes’ Henretty; a daughter, Laura Lee Henretty; and two sisters, Mary Jane Henretty Hudson and Nancy Ann Henretty Grinnell.

Rodney is survived by his faithful companion of 10 years, Tonie Tiedeman; three children, Laurie Welsh, Rodney L. Henretty, III and Kimberly Ebert; and a step-daughter, Nicole Fleniken.
