Rhonda Kilgore

Rhonda M. Kilgore, 65, of Calhoun Falls, wife of the late Eddy Kilgore, died Sunday, May 11, 2025, at her home. She was born in Abbeville to the late Glen and Miriam Hutchison Manning.

Rhonda attended Calhoun Falls High School. She found great joy in her role as a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the lights of her life.

Rhonda is survived by her daughter, Adya (Doug) James; brother, Darrell (Dena) Manning; sister, Gaylon McAlister; two grandchildren, D. J. James and Zoey James; one great-grandchild, Trace James and one on the way.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions in memory of Rhonda be sent to the Abbeville County Animal Shelter, 79 Old Calhoun Falls Rd, Abbeville, SC 29620.
