Phyllis Ann Schollenberger

Phyllis Ann Schollenberger, 84, of McCormick, South Carolina, and beloved wife of Wayne B. Schollenberger, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 15, 2025, at the Hospice House in Greenwood. Born in Exeter Township, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late John and Helena Polisky Noone.

A dedicated individual, Mrs. Schollenberger graduated from Jenkins High School in 1960 and furthered her education at Wilkes Barre Business College. Throughout her life, she indulged in various passions including sewing, golfing, playing bridge, and baking. Mrs. Schollenberger attended Lutheran Church by the Lake.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Noone, and her sister, Patricia Walutes.

Mrs. Schollenberger is survived by her husband of 62 years, Wayne; a son, Wayne Eric Schollenberger and his wife Kim of Nashua, New Hampshire; a daughter, Wendy Ann Duffield and her husband Ward of Pine Plains, New York; and three cherished grandchildren, Alyssa, Amanda, and Kurt.
