Patrick "Rick" Edward Roche

Patrick "Rick" Edward Roche, 43, formerly of Abbeville and Greenwood, died Friday, June 28, 2002, at St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind.

Born in Greenwood, he was a self employed cosmetologist and was of the Catholic faith.

Surviving are parents, Pat and Martha Roche of Abbeville; stepsister, Kathy Madden of Greenwood; and a stepbrother, Randy Tiller of Abbeville.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the graveside at Long Cane Cemetery in Abbeville with Sister Joan Kobe officiating.

The family will be at the home of his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Pat Roche, 1400 North Main St., Abbeville.

The family suggests memorials be made to a charity of one's choice.

The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
