Parker O. Page

Parker O. Page, 86, of Abbeville, SC, husband of Carolyn Scott Page, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, March 8, 2022. He was born in Anderson County, SC to the late Casper W. Page and Nina Page Barrett.

Mr. Page was formerly from Calhoun Falls, SC where he lived for many years. He retired from the Bigelow Sanford - Rocky River Plant in Calhoun Falls. Mr. Page was a member of the South Carolina National Guard, Co A, 151st Signal Battalion of Abbeville. Being outside tending his vegetable garden was a favorite past time. Tractors and old model cars made him smile. Mr. Page appreciated all music, especially listening to those singing bass. A dedicated member of Faith Harvest Fellowship in Calhoun Falls, he was grateful for every opportunity to share Jesus; we know he is celebrating in Heaven. His love for his family was evident as seen in the way he cared for them.

Mr. Page is survived by his wife of 66 years, Carolyn, of the home; five children, Lydia Suarez of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Karen Rice (Rex) of Liberty, SC, Terrie Hall (Chip) of Fountain Inn, SC, Randy Page (Kona) of Abbeville, SC and Rodney Page (Heather) of Hartwell, GA; fifteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 12:30PM - 1:30PM, Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Faith Harvest Fellowship in Calhoun Falls. Funeral services will begin at 2:00PM in the church sanctuary. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
