Michael Francis Causley

Michael Francis Causley, 58, of Abbeville, husband of Angie Ashley Causley, died November 20, 2015. He was born in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada to the late James and Emma Spice Causley.

Michael, affectionately known as ‘Snake Man’, dedicated much of his life to serving his community as an EMT, firefighter and displayed bravery and commitment while serving with the Abbeville County Emergency Team (ACERT). He also had a passion for storm chasing, embracing the thrill and wonder of nature’s power. Michael’s cherished memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege to know him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Causley.

Michael is survived by his wife, Angie, of the home; daughter, Jamie Bremming and grandchild, Liam.
