Matthew C. Collins, 39, of Donalds, died Friday, September 24, 2021, from injuries due to a motorcycle accident. He was born in Bay City, Michigan to Ronnie C. and LeaAnn Young Collins.
Employed with Duke Energy where he was a transmission contractor oversight specialist. Matthew was the owner and operator of Collins Services and a member of Donalds Baptist Church.
He is survived by his parents; his children, Austin R. Collins of Cross Hill, SC, Kolt Collins and Keegan Snipes of Due West, SC and a sister, Theresa Sullivan of Donalds, SC; a niece, Taleas and two nephews, Kaleb and Kaden.
A service to celebrate Matthew’s life will be 1:00PM, Saturday, October 2, 2021, in Harris Funeral Home, Abbeville Chapel.
The family is at the home of his parents in Donalds.
