Linda "Fay Page" Wildes

Linda ‘Fay’ Page Wildes, 75, of Greenwood, SC, wife of Robert H. Wildes, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born February 4, 1943 to the late Benjamin L. and Evelyn B. Page of Abbeville, SC.
A 1961 graduate of Abbeville High School, she was employed in retail and management in various locations around Newburyport, MA until her husband retired in 2000. Fay and her husband moved to Greenwood, SC in 2001 to help with the care of her parents. She was a volunteer with the Easter Seals Society, Meals on Wheels and March of Dimes. Fay was a long-time member of South Side Baptist Church in Abbeville, SC and a dedicated Christian whose faith was important to her. She held her family close and her hobbies were gardening and working puzzles.
Fay is survived by her husband of 55 years, Robert H. Wildes, of the home; daughter, Robin Lynn Wildes; grandchildren, Michael William Wildes, Macy Emma Riley, and Matthew Benjamin Riley; great-grandchildren, Victoria Frances Riley and Kristina Fay Riley; sisters, Mary P. Stamps (Bobby), Sadie Johnson, Kathy Scott (Dennis); brothers, Frank Page (Betty) and Johnny Page (Rita); and many nieces and nephews.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations, in memory of Fay, be sent to South Side Baptist Church, 505 W. Greenwood Street, Abbeville, SC 29620.
