John 'Jerry' Jerome Williams

John Jerome ‘Jerry’ Williams, 88, of Abbeville, SC, husband of Dr. Constance Timmerman McNeill, died Sunday, December 12, 2021, at his residence. The youngest son of the late Philip and Helen Price Williams Sterns, he was born January 7, 1933, in Newark, Essex Co., New Jersey
A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Business, Jerry was previously employed by Airwick Company as a salesman of Hospital and Industrial Chemicals.
In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his brother, Peter Williams of Miami, FL and his son, Scott Williams, Kimala A. Williams of NJ.
He is survived by his wife, Dr. Constance Timmerman McNeill of Abbeville, SC; his stepchildren, Richard E. McNeill of Abbeville, SC, Anna Marie McNeill of Savannah, GA and Claudia E. McNeill of Mt. Pleasant, SC.
Per Jerry’s wishes there will be no services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Abbeville County Library, Genealogical Department, 1407 N. Main Street, Abbeville, SC 29620.
