Joan Juanita Rigg, 87, of the Savannah Lakes Village, formerly of Ohio, died Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont. She was born in Gulfport, MS to the late George and Nita Juanita Hooker Constance.
