James W. "Jim" Wilson
June 22, 1937 — June 24, 2020
James ‘Jim’ William Wilson, 83, of the Savannah Lakes Community, husband of Barbara Ciccione Wilson, died Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont. He was born in Detroit, MI to the late Charles L. and Agnes Maxwell Wilson.
A graduate of Denby High School in Michigan, Jim honorably served his country in the United States Navy. He retired from Three Rivers Copy Machines. Jim enjoyed the outdoors; golfing, fishing, and hunting were among his favorite hobbies. Many happy hours were spent playing cards, especially poker.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Craig Charles Wilson and a sister, Margaret Robbins.
Jim is survived by his wife of 47 years, Barbara, of the home; a son, Robert James Wilson (Johanna) of San Diego, CA and three grandchildren, Danny, Breanna and Alexandria.
