James "Tommy" Thomas Stevenson

James Thomas 'Tommy' Stevenson, 55, resident of 104 Diamond St. died Wednesday Dec. 26, 2007 at his home.

Born in Abbeville Co. SC he was a son of William Oscar Stevenson and the late Willie Mae Ray Stevenson.

Tommy was a employee of the Abbeville Area Medical Center working in the Shipping and Receiving Dept. He was also a member of the Congregational Holiness Church. Tommy will be remembered as a caring son and loving father and brother. He will be missed by his family and many friends.

Survivors include1 daughter Nikki Stevenson of Abbeville, SC; 2 sisters Cheryl Talbert of Abbeville, SC and Teresa Copelan of Abbeville, SC; his father William Oscar Stevenson of Abbeville, SC.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday Dec. 28, 2007 at 2:00 PM at the Congregational Holiness Church with the Rev. Tye Sorrow officiating. The burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

The body is at The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:30 PM Thursday evening. The family is at the home 104 Diamond St. Abbeville, SC.
