Grace Link Davis, 90, of Abbeville, wife of the late Carl H. Davis, died Sunday, January 10, 2021 at the Abbeville Nursing Home. She was born in Abbeville to the late George Emma Link and Mattie Lou Pursley Link.
Mrs. Davis graduated from Abbeville High School, class of 1949. A gifted writer, she shared her talents through her poetry. Mrs. Davis was an active member of First Baptist Church in Abbeville and the Loyal Workers Sunday School Class.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her three brothers, Rayford Link, George Link, and William ‘Bill’ Link and two sisters, Ovelle Price and Jean Jones.
Mrs. Davis is survived by a sister, Madge L. Adams (Aubrey) of Abbeville and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 3:00PM, Tuesday, January 12, 2021 in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with Rev. Tripp Speer officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
