Gage Lagreca

Gage LaGreca, 27, of Abbeville, died Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at his home. He was born in Abbeville, the son of Sheila Young LaGreca.

Gage was a graduate of Abbeville High School, class of 2009, and Anderson University, class of 2014. He often shared his musical talents through singing and playing the guitar, piano and trumpet. Mixing music tracks and graphic design on his computer were also favorite pastimes. Gage was an eager football fan and enjoyed cheering on the Clemson Tigers, Carolina Panthers and Abbeville Panthers. He was a passionate enthusiast of all things Star Wars. Those who were fortunate to call Gage a friend found him to be loyal and fully devoted to each and every one of them. He was a dedicated uncle to Maggie, Grady, Avett and Emery.

Gage was preceded in death by his grandfathers, William Young and Anthony LaGreca, II.

He is survived by his mother, Sheila; a brother, Anthony LaGreca (Kendra); grandparents, Linda and Frank Barbour and Betty LaGreca, all of Abbeville; special friends, Mac and Elyse South, Jacob and Katie Finley, Tyler and Rebekah South, Justin McCurry, Aaron and Brieanna Thompson, Austin and Lauren South and Conner and Liz Lewis; the Ware, South, Mattison, Trasak, Beasley and Lund families; and a wide circle of friends, including those from his time at Anderson University.

The family will receive friends 11:00AM – 12:30PM, Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Harris Funeral Home, Abbeville Chapel. Funeral services will begin at 1:00PM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Conner Lewis officiating.
