Elyse M. "Carlin" Peters

Elyse Carlin Peters, 71, of the Savannah Lakes Village, wife of William ‘Bill’ Peters, died Sunday, May 17, 2020 at her home. She was born in Detroit, MI to the late William G. and Louise Doran Carlin.

Elyse was employed with Macomb Community College in Michigan in various departments for 33 years. An active member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church, she previously served as church secretary and vice president of the Women’s Club. Elyse also assisted Sacred Heart Catholic Church as secretary for 2 years.

She is survived by her husband of 40 ½ years, Bill; a sister, Charlene Goetsch (James); a brother, Bill Carlin; brothers-in-law, James Peters and David Peters (Mary); three nephews, James Goetsch, Jehonathan Peters (Kaylee) and Jehoshua Peters; a niece, Laura Goetsch; two great-nephews, Austin and Jett Peters and a great-niece, Jaylee Peters.

A service to celebrate Elyse’s life will be 11:00AM Monday, May 17, 2021 in Good Shepherd Catholic Church..
