Edith Alice Brucklacher Davidson

Edith Alice Brucklacher Davidson, 90, of McCormick, SC, wife of the late John Alfred Davidson, died Friday, September 5, 2025, at the McCormick Post Acute Center. She was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late Robert and Henrietta Kehm Brucklacher.

Mrs. Davidson was a graduate of John Adams High School in Queens, New York. With grace and dedication, she embraced her role as a homemaker, finding great joy in the simple yet significant moments spent with those she adored. Mrs. Davidson’s legacy is one of love, commitment and the importance of family, which she cherished above all. She was of the Presbyterian faith.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Judith Selg and a brother, John Brucklacher.

Mrs. Davidson is survived by her children, William Davidson (Norma) of Savannah, GA, Kenneth Davidson (Pamela) of Washington, NY, Mary Davidson and Lorraine Weinhardt (Matthew) all of McCormick, SC; brother-in-law, William Selg; eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
