Edith Mae Caldwell
December 26, 1922 — August 1, 2002
Edith Mae Caldwell, 79, of 4956 Hwy. 28 North, died Thursday, Aug. 1, 2002, at her home.
Born in Abbeville County, she was a retried employee with the Abbeville Shirt Plant and was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church.
Surviving are sister, Beatrice Caldwell of the home; and a number of cousins.
She was the daughter of the late John Henry and Lillie Gordon Caldwell.
Services are at 2 p.m. Saturday at Shiloh United Methodist Church by the Rev. Todd Davis; burial will be in the church cemetery. The body is at The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home, Abbeville.
The family will be at the home.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Shiloh United Methodist Church, 246 Sharon Church Road, Abbeville, S.C. 29620.
