Darren Gregory Joines

Darren Gregory Joines, 51, of Due West, died Friday, April 18, 2025, at his home. He was born in Greenville, SC to Shelby G. Jonies and Linda Butler Jonies.

Darren was a proud graduate of Blue Ridge High School in Greer, class of 1992. He dedicated himself to his career, working in the Grounds Department of Furman University and with Jones Equipment. An enthusiastic fisherman and hunter, Darren found happiness enjoying the tranquility of nature during his leisure time.

Darren is survived by his two sons, Darren Gregory Joines, Jr. and Jacob Austin Joines; his parents, Shelby and Linda; brother, Shelby Anthony Joines; and sister, Lindsey Joines.
