Clayton Hall

Clayton J. Hall, 33, of Abbeville, SC, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at Self Regional Healthcare. Born in Greenwood, he was the beloved son of Michael and Kerri Martin Hall.

Clayton was a proud graduate of Abbeville High School, Class of 2011, and later earned a degree in Fire Science from Greenville Technical College. In 2017, he joined the South Carolina National Guard, achieving the rank of Sergeant with C Company 4/118 Infantry 30th ABCT in Fountain Inn, SC. His dedication to service included a deployment to the Middle East in 2019, where he served honorably for one year. Clayton was an accomplished firefighter, providing his services to the Cold Springs Volunteer Fire Department, City of Abbeville, City of Greenwood, and Greenwood County Fire Departments. Additionally, he was an EMT, Mason and a member of the Centre Masonic Lodge in Honea Path, SC. Beyond his firefighting contributions, he worked with McNeill Company and ACO Landscaping. Clayton was a member of Main Street Methodist Church.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Abner Hall and Frances Hall Lewis.

Clayton is survived by his beloved daughter, Zoey Grace Hall; fiancée, Sarah Bybee; his parents, Michael and Kerri Hall; two brothers, Brandon 'Rooster' Hall (Katie) and Matthew Hall (Mason Bacot); niece, Ella Claire Hall; the mother of his daughter, Magen Saylors Hall; his maternal grandparents, Robert and Sandy Martin and his beloved pets, Merle and Eddie.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Harris Funeral Home, 302 N. Main St., Abbeville, SC. Funeral services are scheduled for 12:00 Noon on Saturday at Main Street Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Brandon Fulmer. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, where masonic rite and military honors will be held.
