Christopher L. O’Quinn, age 36, of Due West, S.C, beloved husband of Jordan McCullough O’Quinn, tragically passed away as a result of an accident on January 31, 2026. He was born in Greenwood, South Carolina, to Evelyn “Mimi” O’Quinn and the late Lamar O’Quinn.
Chris was a 2010 graduate of Piedmont Technical College and had been employed at Michelin in Anderson since 2017. His commitment to his community extended to his membership at Union Baptist Church and as a Mason with the Dew Drop Lodge in Antreville, South Carolina.
A devoted family man, Chris cherished time spent with his wife and children. In the evenings he could be found wrestling with Ryker, Wesley, and Harbin before tucking them into bed and praying over each of them individually. Chris had a passion for the outdoors. Many family weekends were spent exploring down by the creek. He found joy in hobbies like surf fishing, farming, and caring for his dogs.
Chris is survived by his wife of ten years, Jordan; his mother, Evelyn “Mimi” O’Quinn; his three children, Ryker, Wesley, and Harbin; his brother, Russell O’Quinn (Amy); his sisters, Karen Boyd and Amy Spires (Shane); his mother-in-law, Deirdre B. McCullough; brother-in-law, Grayson B. McCullough (Scottlyn); sister-in-law, Raegan McCullough; as well as eight nieces and nephews and three great-nieces. He is also remembered by a wide circle of extended family and friends.
