Carol Williams

Carol Gail Hester Williams, 66, of Easley, SC, died Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at her son’s home in Greenwood, SC.  She was born in Oconee County, SC to the late Carl Hester and Ruth Hightower Hester.

Carol dedicated her life to creating a loving and welcoming home for her family.  She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Carol is survived by her two sons, Lee Williams of Greenwood, SC and Chris Williams (Michelle), of Inman, SC; three brothers, Bruce Hester (Janet) of Virginia, Timmy Hester (Terry) of Spartanburg and Henry Hester (Sherry) of Powdersville; six grandchildren, Cassidy Sargent (Alex), Joseph Williams (Lauren), Kendell Robinson, C. J. Robinson (Brooke) Cassidy Williams (Jacob), and Riley Williams; and two great-grandchildren, Paislee and Caiden.
