Carl Thomas "Tommy" Morrah, 63, of McCormick, South Carolina, passed away at his home on Friday, June 5, 2026.
Born on August 24, 1962, in Abbeville, South Carolina, Tommy was the son of the late David Joel Morrah, Sr. and Martha Crocker Morrah. He lived a life devoted to his family, friends, and community.
Tommy graduated from Long Cane Academy in 1980 and immediately began working in the automotive parts industry for Jennings Gary Dorn, Sr. His strong work ethic and dedication eventually led him to become the owner and operator of NAPA Auto Parts in McCormick, where he faithfully served the community for many years.
A man of faith and service, Tommy was a member of Willington Presbyterian Church and the Stonewall Masonic Lodge in Troy, South Carolina. He was known for his kindness, loyalty, and willingness to help others. He cherished the relationships he built throughout his life and leaves behind many treasured memories for those who knew him.
Tommy is survived by his brother, David Joel Morrah, Jr. (Ann) of McCormick; his nephew, David Morrah III (Hillary); his nieces, Helen Morrah and Susan Banks (Lee), all of McCormick; his great-niece, Leah Banks; his great-nephew, Gage Banks (Sara); his special buddy, Joel Morrah; his great-great-nephews, Bradyn and Hudson; and his great-great-niece, Elizabeth.
In addition to his parents, Tommy was preceded in death by his uncles, Thomas Morrah, John "Bubba" Morrah; and his aunts, Mary Jane Sutherland and Rebecca Brock.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at Bethia Cemetery in Troy, South Carolina
