Barbara Bradberry Timmerman

Barbara Bradberry Timmerman, 82, resident of 8 N. Greenwood Ave. Ext. widow of Rufus Edwin "Boggie" Timmerman, Sr. passed away Friday July 19, 2013 at her home.

Born in Greenwood, SC she was a daughter of the late Robert Ed Bradberry and Cecil Ayers Bradberry.

Barbara was a retired textile employee having worked for Bloomsburg and Greenwood Mills and Tasco Industries. She was a member of Mission Baptist Church. Barbara will be remembered for her warm and caring nature. She will be sorely missed by her loving family and her many friends.

Survivors are: a daughter Jo Ann Timmerman Ware Shoals, SC; a son Buddy Timmerman and his wife Terri of Abbeville, SC; 1 sister Violet Grisham of Dallas, Georgia; 4 grandchildren Tasha Lancaster (Charlie), Trai Sorrow (Leigh), Bret Timmerman (Rebecca) and Heather Timmerman; 3 great-grandchildren Tanner, Katie and Braden; special friend and caregiver Ronnie Davis of Ware Shoals, SC and special friends J.B. Brown and the Rowdy Band.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday July 22, 2013 at 3:00 PM in Mission Baptist Church with the Rev. Tony Beauford officiating. The burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens. The family is at the home 8 N. Greenwood Ave Ext. Ware Shoals, SC.
The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 2:00 until 4:00 PM at The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home.
