Angie White Gaddis

Angela ‘Angie’ White Gaddis, 58, of Honea Path, died Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at the Hospice of the Upstate, Rainey Hospice & Palliative Care. She was born in Greenwood to Agnes Barrett White Owens and the late Robert White.

Angie attended Abbeville County schools. She dedicated her life to serving others, working at The Renaissance Senior Living in Due West, where she brought joy to the lives of many residents. Additionally, she was a waitress at Lou and Perry’s restaurant in Honea Path, creating lasting connections with all those she had the privilege of serving.

Angie had a deep love for family, especially her grandchildren, who were her pride and joy. Her hobbies included camping and all things motorcyles, adventures that brought her much enjoyment. She was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her father, Angie was preceded in death by her brother, Dan White.

She is survived by her children, Robin ‘Nicci’ Saxon and Daniel Gaddis (Hannah) all of Honea Path, her mother and step-father, Agnes and Flynn Owens of Due West; sister, Donna Owens of Greenwood; four grandchildren, Elena, Brady, Mary Grace and Cruz; and numerous close friends whom she loved as if they were family.

A service to celebrate Angie’s life will be 3:00PM, Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Harris Funeral Home, Abbeville Chapel with Rev. Dr. Alvin Hodges officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
