Angela "Angie" Doris Ashley

Angela "Angie" Doris Ashley, 40, of 55 Bowen Ford Road, formerly of Augusta, Ga., died Sunday, July 20, 2003, at Anderson Area Medical Center.

Born in Augusta, Ga., she was a homemaker and a member of Mount Bethel Baptist Church.

Surviving are her parents, R.L. "Junior" and Doris Murdock Ashley of Honea Path, and a sister, Anita White of Weaverville, N.C.

Services are at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mount Bethel Baptist Church with Dr. Ron Culbertson; burial will follow in the church cemetery. The body is at The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home, Abbeville, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, and will be placed in the church at 1 p.m. Wednesday.

The family is at the home.

The family suggests memorials be made to Mount Bethel, Family Life Center, 2603 Due West Highway, Belton.
