Andrew N. Warwick, Jr.

Andrew N 'Andy' Warwick, Jr., 89 of the Savannah Lakes Community, McCormick, SC, husband of Mary Ellen Masterson Warwick, died Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at his home. He was born March 28, 1937, in New York, NY to the late Andrew Nelson Warwick, Sr. and Rosamond McHale Warwick.

Andy graduated from Fairfield University, earning a degree in Economics. He honorably served his country in the National Guard. Andy began his career at T Hogan & Sons, Inc. in New York. He later built a reputable and respected career as a Certified Financial Planner with Ameriprise Financial, formerly known as Investors Diversified Services (IDS), before retirement.

He had a deep love for music and was known for playing the piano, brightening gatherings with melody and warmth. Andy always had a joke tucked in his wallet for any occasion. His leisure time was filled with the pleasures of golfing and boating. Andy was also an active member of the Savannah Lakes Village community, where he fostered lasting connections and made significant contributions, including his service as a former member of the Savannah Lakes Village Property Owners Board of Directors. As a member of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Andrew served as an usher, welcoming parishioners.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Warwick and brother, John Warwick.

Andy is survived by his wife of 63 years, Mary Ellen; three children, Andrew Nelson Warwick, III (Kerstin) of Colorado Springs, CO, Sarah Warwick (Eric Johnson) of Duluth, MN, and Anne Larsen (Grant) of Olympia, WA; two sisters, Ann Warwick and Elizabeth Warwick; brother, Stephen Warwick (Kathy); and seven grandchildren.

A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 11:00am at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 1401 Greenwood Hwy., McCormick, SC, with Rev. Father Jacob Joseph officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Good Shepherd Columbarium. The family will receive friends at a reception in the Parish Hall following the inurnment.
