She was a tireless volunteer for many Abbeville organizations while working and after retirement in this beautiful city. Shirley was a founding member of UCMAC offering free food and medical care to Abbeville. She was proud of her association and enjoyed working with the volunteers at the UCMAC food pantry up until September of this year.
